How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped from Perth, Australia via tracked delivery.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($18 flat rate)

What is your return policy?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@akiahair.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product in its original, unopened packaging.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot assess or accept faulty claims once the product has been opened, worn, installed, washed, altered, or removed from its original packaging — even within 7 days.

When will orders ship?
All Founding Tester orders will ship once product and packaging arrive — estimated within 4–6 weeks from order date. Full launch orders will ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
