Returns & Faulty Product Policy
At AKIA Hair Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@akiahair.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product in its original, unopened packaging.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot assess or accept faulty claims once the product has been opened, worn, installed, washed, altered, or removed from its original packaging — even within 7 days.
Return Conditions for Approved Faults
Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be dispatched to us within 7 calendar days
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or incorrect selection.
Products that have been opened, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Items showing signs of tampering or installation.
AKIA Hair Lab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
