2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved methods.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all selections before checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. (Excludes Pre-Launch Sales)

  • Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once opened, worn, or tampered with.
Exceptions may apply for incorrect or faulty items — please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

5. Product Disclaimer

Hair textures and colours may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural origin of our products. We do our best to ensure consistency and accuracy in our photos and descriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and product images — is the property of Akia Hair Lab and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

7. Privacy Policy

9. Products & Retail Sales

We act as a retailer of third-party products. Product descriptions, ingredients, and performance information are provided by the manufacturer. While we aim to ensure product information is accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

Products may vary slightly from images shown on our website due to lighting, batch variation, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

10. Pricing & Order Errors

We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or supplier price update, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any orders placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, we will contact you to arrange a refund or confirm the updated price before processing your order.

11. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier disruptions, customs processes, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once your order has been dispatched from our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for parcels that are delayed, lost, or stolen once confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching description.

Where a product is not faulty but you wish to return it, eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

By purchasing products from our website, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on individual factors including hair type, skin type, application method, and aftercare.
