  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and availability without notice.

  • We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved methods.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all selections before checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. (Excludes Pre-Launch Sales)

  • Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once opened, worn, or tampered with.
Exceptions may apply for incorrect or faulty items — please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

5. Product Disclaimer

Hair textures and colours may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural origin of our products. We do our best to ensure consistency and accuracy in our photos and descriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and product images — is the property of Akia Hair Lab and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
